We are very excited to announce that we have taken over the Rural Crafts Pavilion at this prestigious event and we will be upholding the same high standards as previously. The management team at Badminton insist upon the very best of work and display standards, so the popularity of the event increases each year.
The MARS Badminton Horse Trials takes place at the infamous venue of the Badminton Estate in South Gloucestershire (home of The Duke and Duchess of Beaufort). Badminton is the home of the longest running Horse Trials in Great Braitain, attracts the very best equine and human athletes and offers visitors a great time for all the family (including dogs!). Badminton International is one of the most exicitng equestrian events - arguably the pinnacle of the worldwide horse trials calendar. The Event is 5 star, the higest star, the highest grade and one of the only 7 such events in the world. The LeMieux Grassroots Championships takes place on Wednesday 7th May. This competition is the finals for BE100 and BE90 amateur riders and adds a further dimension to the Event.
Visitors return every year to experience the festival like feeling of this world class event within Badminton’s parkland. The cross-country day (Saturday) at Badminton attracts crowds of up to 100,000.
We will have a prime site by one of the main entrances that is well established at this prestigious Horse Trials. We will have a large clear span pavilion, floored and carpeted and the high TV coverage ensures a superb visitor profile that appreciate our work and provide our pavilion with excellent sales and commissions. Due to the design of the entrance, with good weather, the opportunity for sales on Saturday extends so we may be open until 8:00pm.
£500.00 deposit required upon booking and final balance due by 2 months before the event 7th March 2025
All Stands must have frames or shell scheme. Please find below price for hire.
All stands will be vetted and approved by Badminton management. Please send photographs with your application.
Finally no discount will be applied to Badminton Horse Trials fees but the event will be counted towards number of events booked.
